PARKS AND TRAILS
Arbor Ridge Parks
Beaumont, CA
VDLA prepared conceptual designs and master plans for 4 parks with a combined total of 29.5 acres of active and passive uses in the community development of Arbor Ridge in Riverside County. VDLA also prepared several illustrative photo renderings to communicate design intent during the design process of these parks.
Community Park
The largest of these parks is the Community Park and includes two soccer / multi-purpose fields, basketball courts, softball field, sand volleyball court, picnic pavilion, picnic areas, playground areas and 120-space parking lot. The park is surrounded by flowering thematic “orchards”.
5.5-Acre Park
The 5-Acre park contains a softball field, soccer/multi-purpose field, playgrounds, picnic grove, restroom and a 65-space parking lot.
3-Acre Park
Amenities in this park include open lawn areas, public hiking trail head, dog run, playground area, picnic areas, a restroom and parking lot.
Passive Park
This multi-use passive park includes agricultural thematic landscape elements, large open space lawn areas, community garden plots, “U-pick” fruit Orchards, picnic groves, shade shelter, and 57-space parking lot. This park will serve as a great gathering and community event area.
