VDLA has provided multiple services for the HOA of Ocean Hills Country Club in the capacity of landscape architectural consultant for this active senior community of 1,600+ homes. These projects include leading successful workshops for consensus gathering, and a master planning process to update the overall landscape and reduce turf within the community. VDLA also provided a re-design of the front entry to the community; construction documents, permit processing and construction administration for renovations to the Clubhouse and Pool area (including corrective drainage); a comprehensive irrigation audit and irrigation master plan for the community; and various front yard and monument designs for multiple sub-associations within the community.
