VDLA is consulting with the Pacific Ranch HOA to review aging landscape areas that are overgrown or in decline. VDLA completed an assessment of the existing landscape theme and image for the community, and made recommendations to reinforce or improve this aesthetic in the interest of an attractive and appropriate landscape for the climate zone and micro-climate of the Pacific Ranch community. VDLA considered overall irrigation water use and landscape maintenance requirements in the proposed design approaches, and developed ‘planting design templates’, including turf reduction and landscape planting, tree infrastructure, and irrigation approaches. The work products will allow the Board and Landscape Committee to establish annual priorities and budgets.
