VDLA serves as on-call landscape architectural consultant to this planned community of 1,548 homes.  Past and current efforts include overall site analysis of 130-acres of landscape area, review of the master plant palette and landscape aesthetic, schematic designs for landscape upgrades including neighborhood monuments, development of landscape and irrigation standards, irrigation controller study for 36 non-potable and potable controllers, and landscape irrigation surveys to improve water efficiency.  VDLA is currently working with the Board and committee members on renovations to the existing pool area, including upgrades to the deck area, new shade structures and updated planting and irrigation.
