VDLA provides various services to the community of San Elijo Hills, including comprehensive irrigation system auditing, and design consulting services. The Main Entry monument and Town Square fountain areas will get a refreshed landscape,   and a complete irrigation assessment report for the entire community was completed. VDLA also coordinated over $30,000 in water conservation rebates highlighted by the Vallecitos Water District.
