Madigan Park

VDLA designed the master plan, prepared the construction documents, and provided construction administration services for this 6.3- acre neighborhood park located in the Morgan Hill community near Temecula, CA. The park includes a large turf area for open play, an amphitheater area suitable for outdoor concerts with band shell and picnic pavilion, picnic areas, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, and playground areas. The park features drought-tolerant planting areas as well as formal gardens in keeping with the vineyard theme of the Morgan Hill community. VDLA also prepared several illustrative photo renderings and a 3D computer model to communicate design intent during the design process.
